Starter Partner | $950 per month

  • Includes: 1 on-site session each month for content collection (up to 2 hours) + 4 captioned vertical reels (up to 60 seconds each) + a monthly planning call and priority scheduling.

  • Perfect for: Small businesses, makers, and studios with something new to share on their feed every week.

Add Posting & Social Media Management for +$600 per month. Starter with posting: $1,550.

 

Core Partner | $1,450 per month

  • Includes: 1 half-day session each month (up to 4 hours) + 5 captioned vertical reels (up to 60 seconds each) + 10 video stills in 4:5 for an Instagram carousel + a monthly planning call and priority scheduling.

  • Perfect for: Small businesses like boutiques, restaurants, artisan trades, venues, and makers or communities with a steady flow of information, products, or events.

  • Step up from Starter: a longer session, an extra reel, and a carousel of stills. Booked separately, that’s $1,600.

Add Posting & Social Media Management for +$700 per month. Core with posting: $2,150.

 

Full Partner | Starting at $2,950 per month

  • Includes: 2 half-day sessions each month (up to 4 hours each) + 6 captioned vertical reels (up to 60 seconds each) + 20 video stills in 4:5 + posting & social media management + a monthly planning call and priority scheduling.

  • Perfect for: Organizations with a full content calendar, strong and growing brands, hospitality groups, and event-centered businesses.

Step up from Core with posting: a second session, a full month of content, and everything posted for you. Booked separately, that’s $3,450.

What Posting & Social Media Management includes: I write the captions, schedule and post everything from your package on Instagram (cross-posted to Facebook), watch your comments and DMs on weekdays, and send a monthly snapshot of what worked and what to make next. Paid ads, customer service, and after-hours moderation aren’t included.

How it works

  • Start with a 3-month partnership. A 6-month commitment locks your rate and priority scheduling.

  • We plan the month together on one call, and content arrives in weekly drops after each session.

  • Each piece includes 2 rounds of revisions, with the same clear usage rights as every project.

  • Invoiced on the 1st through HoneyBook, with optional autopay.

  • Unused pieces don’t roll over, but I’m happy to pause a month with notice. One session can be rescheduled each month with 48 hours’ notice.

  • After the first three months, either of us can end the partnership with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Scope can shift by mutual agreement with a month’s notice, and additions are quoted separately.

  • With posting & Social Media Management: you keep ownership of your accounts and approve the upcoming week’s posts. Work beyond the scope is $100 an hour, with your approval first.
